Megan Tessmer, BSN, RN, PHN, CCRC

Megan is a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator with over five years of experience conducting and coordinating clinical trials. She also serves as an ACRC Project Specialist, contributing to the advancement of clinical research practices within the Department of Emergency Medicine.

In addition to enrolling patients in clinical research studies, she has played a pivotal role in strengthening research infrastructure. Her contributions include implementing Florence eBinders and Smartsheet to enhance operational efficiency, as well as leading the onboarding of new clinical research coordinators, stroke and neurocritical care fellows, and stroke research fellows. Through these efforts, Megan has streamlined research operations and fostered a collaborative learning environment within the team.

In 2024, Megan formally joined the Stroke Research Fellowship Program as the Program Operations Manager.
